Job Reply is operated by Harry Pace. We provide an AI-powered email drafting tool for UK tradespeople, available at jobreply.co. You can contact us at info@jobreply.co.

We collect the following information when you use Job Reply:

• Account information: your name, company name, trade, and email address when you sign up
• Draft content: the job details you type in to generate emails. These are stored so you can access your draft history.
• Billing information: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data: standard logs including IP address and browser type, used for security and debugging.

We do not collect any information about your customers beyond what you voluntarily type into the job details field. We recommend you do not enter full customer names, addresses, or sensitive personal data.

We use your data solely to:

• Provide and improve the Job Reply service
• Process your subscription and send billing-related emails
• Send you product updates and trial reminders (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Maintain the security and stability of the service

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — stores your account information and draft history. Data is held in EU data centres. Privacy policy
• Stripe — processes all payments. We never see or store your card details. Privacy policy
• OpenRouter / Google — used to generate email drafts. Your job details are sent to these services to produce the output. They are not used to train models. OpenRouter privacy policy
• Vercel — hosts the application. Privacy policy

We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.

As a UK resident, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Object to how we process your data
• Portability — request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@jobreply.co. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all associated personal data within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer where required by law.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
